"These *raster* mosaics were constructed using aerial photos acquired by the Marine Conservation and Planning Division (MCPD), DFO (Fisheries and Oceans Canada) Quebec Region. 
The photos, captured vertically along flight lines previously supplied by DFO, were georeferenced and orthorectified with a ground resolution of 30 cm. An UltraCam Xp digital multi-spectral camera was used, mounted on an aircraft at an altitude of 16,500 metres, to obtain a swath of at least 4 km on the ground. An overlap of 60% to 80% was required to optimize the image during mosaicking. 
Certain environmental criteria had to be met to ensure image homogeneity. The photos had to be taken as close as possible to low tide, synchronized with the period of the day when the sun's angle of elevation was greater than 25°, wind speed less than 20km/h, waves less than 1 metre high, and no cloud or fog under the aircraft. Water turbidity had to be taken into account to ensure identification of eelgrass in the water.";

Using tabledap to Request Data and Graphs from Tabular Datasets

tabledap lets you request a data subset, a graph, or a map from a tabular dataset (for example, buoy data), via a specially formed URL. tabledap uses the OPeNDAP (external link) Data Access Protocol (DAP) (external link) and its selection constraints (external link).

The URL specifies what you want: the dataset, a description of the graph or the subset of the data, and the file type for the response.

Tabledap request URLs must be in the form
https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/erddap/tabledap/datasetID.fileType{?query}
For example,

Thus, the query is often a comma-separated list of desired variable names, followed by a collection of constraints (e.g., variable<value), each preceded by '&' (which is interpreted as "AND").
